Personal traits and their value to a person
When taking the DISC test i was very critical of the outcome. I never thought that this test would actually pin point my exact personality and the way I think. The test revealed that i was a dominant conscientious, and I believe that this was correct. I am happy with this result, but i do wish that as my second trait I would be influential. I believe that being influential is very important if you are planning to mange other people. However I do not think this test gives a correct outlook on a person's managing style. I think a person with a dominant personality not always leads with this characteristic. People change everyday, and the only way to see who will be a good manager is to actually give the person some power over others.

i agree with the fact that people change and learn everyday through their experiences that they come across on daily basis, however i think the test predictions were correct. for example it was 100% correct about me , and i think that prof would agree with that statement as well. of course it has some flows just like any tests, such as the words being to difficult for some to understand but overall i think it was right on point
